Final response is <br />in process. <br />(8) Coal Processing Waste & Non-Coal Processing Waste <br />1-2 Analyses of coal refuse are available from past testing, <br />and will be provided along with a clarification of coal <br />processing and non-coal processing waste. <br />3 Clarification of the placement of non-toxic and non- <br />combustable material is in process by DCC staff. <br />Inspection of the refuse area has been conducted by Geo- <br />Tech and is enclosed with this status report. <br />(10) Return of Coal Processing Waste to Underground Workings <br />1. DCC and CMLR have agreed that coal processing waste should <br />be returned to abandoned works, a revision to conform to 2.05.3 <br />must be submitted. This will be stated in our response to <br />the adequacy letter. <br />2.05.4 RECLAMATION PLAN <br />1-2 These statements have been addressed and resolved by <br />DCC and CMLR and will be presented in our response. <br />2.05.5 POST MINING LAND USE <br />1. This map will be the same as the land use map which has <br />been completed. <br />2.05.6 MITIGATION OF THE IMPACTS OF MINING <br />(3) Protection of the Hydrologic Balance <br />1-7 These hydrologic related questions are to be answered <br />by Western Engineers, who has been contracted to <br />complete the hydrology for the Dorchester #1 Mine. <br />2.05.6 6) SUBSIDENCE <br />(1) Mr. John Roscoe of Willard Owens Associates Inc. has been <br />contracted to complete a subsidence survey and subsequent <br />monitoring and control plan. <br />2.06.8 3 ALLUVIAL VALLEY FLOOR DETERMINATION <br />1. Geomorphic Characteristics <br />A consulting geologist and/or Western Engineers will provide <br />information in addition to that which has been provided by the <br />S.C.S. gaterhing of the required data has begun. <br />
