This is part of the Western Engineers report which will <br />also be supplemented by a clarification of "riparian <br />woodland" and "grassland" which was presented in the <br />vegetation survey. The majority of this data pertaining <br />to vegetation is complete. <br />3. Water Availability - Flood Irrigation <br />1. A consulting geologist and/or Western Engineers will <br />provide the data required for this section. Research <br />is in process. <br />2.10 MAPS AND PLANS <br />(3) All maps, plans and cross-sections are currently being <br />revised to make any necessary corrections and to include <br />a certification statement. <br />The above is the status of our response to your Adequacy Review letter. <br />Dorchester Coal Company, therefore, requests a 60-day continuance from the <br />date of this Status Report, in order that we may respond to your review letter <br />in a concise and complete manner. Some of the data, such as portions of the <br />additional hydrology data required may have to be supplied to CMLR in regards <br />to a stipulation.
