program output predicts what the theoretical production under
ideal conditions would be in loose cubic yards/hour (LCY/hr).
It also calculates an adjustment factor based on the various
factors for the dozing estimate you are simulating. Finally,
adjusted hourly production estimates are generated to account
for the adjustment factor. The following table summarizes the
input and output information from the EMF program.
WA Hi4hwa11 WA Adisooil WALST3SPLS
A. Bank Material Density 4,702 3,843 3,843
B. When swell is accounted for in the EMF
program, the swell hourly production will fluctuate because as
you increase swell and the amount of loose cubic yards to
move, the dozer will also increase its production because the
material will be easier to move.
