concerning possible undermining effects on the spring. We recommended the <br />spring be added to the MCC spring/seep survey immediately. The Albuquerque <br />Field Office (AFO) will continue to monitor the resolution of this citizen's <br />complaint through annual oversight. <br />Additional records reviewed included: 6/28/93 DMG complete inspection report <br />was reviewed. An annual AVS review was done by DMG during this inspection <br />with no problems noted. The report also indicates that PVOV / C-93-006 was <br />vacated at the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board monthly meeting. This <br />violation was issued for the permittees failure to submit semi-annual subsidence <br />monitoring reports for the period beginning the Fall of 1990 through the Spring <br />of 1992. The reasoning given for the vacation is inconclusive indicating only, <br />"...a violation did not exist." AFO will review this vacation action by the Board <br />and report on it through the annual oversight process. The SPCC Plan was <br />certified during 2/93 and sent to the Colorado Water Quality Control Division. <br />The Plan requires an annual inspection to be conducted in August of each year. <br />A waste oil tank is being decommissioned with CO/DOH approval. The <br />permittee should be commended for the installation and near completion of <br />state-of-the-art hazardous waste handling/disposal facilities.
