The corehouse building foundation has <br />now been removed and disposed of an <br />approved area onsite. The area was <br />found regraded to blend in well with <br />the surrounding land. The operator <br />should remove all remaining steel and <br />debris from this area prior to the <br />Division's decision on SL-02. <br />The buried culvert west of the SW coal <br />stockpile, identified during the bond <br />release inspection, has now been <br />removed, flattened, and disposed in an <br />approved onsite disposal area. <br />The operator has recently completed removal of the West Mine warehouse. The area was <br />traversed on foot. The operator is extending ditch D28 on the south side of this area to drain <br />into West Mine Containment No. 2. The operator may submit a request to include this <br />former structure in the pending SL-02 bond release application. <br />
