TOpS011 <br />The operator has spread topsoil on the first 500 feet of the pump house access road at the <br />West Mine in compliance with the approved plan to apply topsoil to all areas disturbed in <br />mine refuse (labeled DR on the map). This area further identified by the number "g- on the <br />map titled Annual Reclamation Report 2004, West Portal Area. The <br />Division anticipates a written summary of all areas and items that the applicant is requesting <br />be included in the bond release process. <br />
