Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />duriny inspections and that failure to correct the problems may result in the <br />Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as amended, <br />34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be clearly noted. <br />Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and underlined.) <br />83-1. Submit the engineers certification letter to MLRD by March 1, 1983. <br />83-2. Install access road warning sign (Danger-falling Rock) by March 1, 1983. <br />83-3. Change mine entrance sign MLRD permit number to C-047-81 by March 1, <br />1983. <br />83-4. Remove spilled coal from Hubbard Creek access road by February 15, 1983. <br />83-5. Regrade the portion of the portal bench near the office/shop area to <br />ensure positive drainage away from the access road by March 1, 1983. <br />83-b. All current NPDES monitoring reports should also be sent to MLRU <br />quarterly. <br /> <br />
