:~~ • • <br />V. Status of Problem Resolution <br />The following items concern problems identified at previous inspections. <br />Problems are classified into two categories. These are: (1) problers <br />resolved; and (2) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is resolved <br />or the date that the operator is deemed delinquent is to be clearly stated. <br />82- Mine records were available for inspection with the exception of the <br />Emission Permit which needs to be on file by our next inspection -Resolution <br />in Progress. <br />82- All seeding has been completed. Problem resolved. <br />
