(Recommendations and compliance dates are to be <br />c_'early noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., Januaru 3I, 1981 and underlined) <br />1. Proper measures must be taken to insure all sedimentation measures are implemented <br />and constructed prior to any surface disturbance. Ditch C-2 must be constructed immediately <br />2. The saline-sodic topsoil stockpile must have an identification sign by July 15, 1981. <br /> <br />3. The corner of D ditch needs to be dressed so as to prevent ove-rtopping by July 15, <br />1981. <br />4.
