These are: (1) problems resolved; (1) resolution sti1Z in process; and <br />(3) operator delinquent. The date that the pzoclem is resolved or the date that the operator <br />is deemed delinquene is co be clearly stated. <br />Problem Resolved <br />1. This inspector could not find overburden material on topsoil stockpile B at the time <br />of this inspection. Problem Resolved. <br />2. The operator has submitted a sediment control plan for the loadout. Problem Resolved. <br />Operator L~Zinquent <br />1. Heavy equipment damage at the proposed loadout has not been corrected as promised <br />in an April 30, 1981 letter to M. Savage from M. Winter. The Operator is Delinquent. <br />An enforcement will be issued if steps are not undertaken to rectify the situation. <br />~' <br />`- <br />
