Chisel plowing or sub-soiling will be required to prepare compacted areas <br />for revegetation. The maximum area to be revegetated would be the 34 acre permitted <br />processing and stockpile area plus the 59 acre potentially mined-out dredge pile area minus <br />approximately 8 acres that will be covered by the 3:1 dredge pile Bide-elopes, for a total <br />area to be chisel plowed or sub-soiled of 85 acres. <br />5. The same 85 acre area discussed in task #4 above, will need to be seeded <br />mulched and fertilized in accordance with the approved reclamation plan. <br />6.
