The Division has estimated reclamation costa for the TOPIC(S) FN_
Fairplav Site at 5191,400.00 (a coat estimate ie attached
to the Operator's copy of this report). The Operator has
the following options:
al Provide a new bond, or rider to the existing bond, to
bring the total amount held to 5191,400.00 by 5/6/96.
bl Provide information that will demonstrate, to the
satisfaction of the Division, that a lesser bond amount
is appropriate. Such a demonstration would have to be
management and sediment control, and does not address
design elements or reclamation aspects of anv ditches,
berme, ponds, etc. that may be required.
