The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce theirseverity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1 ~ 1 d 30 / OS <br />During the inspection, it was discovered that there was no sign posted at the entrance to <br />the site. This is a problem related to Section 3.1.12(1) of the Construction Materials Rules <br />and Regulations for failure post a sign which is clearly visible from the access road with the <br />name of the Operator, a statement that a reclamation permit for the operation has been <br />issued by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board; and the permit number. <br />PB or PV: ~6_ <br />roPlc(s): ~ <br />Corrective Action: Place the approoriate sign at the access road to the site within thirty 130) <br />2• 10/ 30/05 <br />During the inspection, it was discovered that there were no boundary markers identifying <br />the permit boundary at the site. This is a problem related to Section 3.1.12 (2) of the <br />Construction Materials Rules and Reaulations for failure to mark the boundaries of the <br />affected area by monuments or other markers that are clearly visible and adequate to <br />delineate such boundaries. <br />PB or PV: ._213_ <br />TOPIC(S): ~Ad <br />Corrective Action: Place appropriate boundary markers at the site within 30 days of receipt - - <br />of this inspection report, and send photos to DMG for verification. <br />
