The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce theirseverity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE 1 ~ 1 d 30 / OS During the inspection, it was discovered that there was no sign posted at the entrance to the site. This is a problem related to Section 3.1.12(1) of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations for failure post a sign which is clearly visible from the access road with the name of the Operator, a statement that a reclamation permit for the operation has been issued by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board; and the permit number. This is a problem related to Section 3.1.12 (2) of the Construction Materials Rules and Reaulations for failure to mark the boundaries of the affected area by monuments or other markers that are clearly visible and adequate to delineate such boundaries.
