You state "... the final surface configuration will resemble cuttent topography." <br />Comment: I think you meant to say that the final surface configuration will resemble <br />the topography in the cuttent permitted plan, not the topography currently there. In some <br />places nearly 200 feet of limestone roust be removed to reach the top of Area H.
