Conley. <br />As noted, Mr. Conley states he cannot .submit his comments by the <br />July 18, 1994 comment period deadline and has asked for an <br />extension. This decision is strictly up to the operator. As far <br />as the Division is concerned the comment period expires 20 days <br />after the last publication date. Pursuant to CRS 34-32-114, the <br />only comments, concerns and/or objections the Division has to be <br />concerned with are those that are received during the 20 day <br />comment period. <br />If you do not object to extending the comment period please notify <br />this office.
