<br />Inspection Report Attachment <br />I - General Comment <br /> <br />The Apex b2 mine is a small underground mine wfrich covers a surface area of a little larger <br />than 5 acres. On the date of the inspection the mine was in operation. The mine has the <br />authorization to operation under the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act and submitted a <br />permit application pursuant to the Colorado Sur facc• Coal Alining Reclamation Act. It must be <br />noted that much of the disturbance at the mine was initiated prior to any of the passing of <br />the coal mining and reclamation taws.
