Compliance with Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, <br />CRS 1973, as amended 34-33-101, et. seq~and thg <br />Rules and Regulations Issued pursuant to the Act. <br />This includes a listing of the particular provisions of the regulatory program which <br />were examined during the course of this inspection, and identifies enforcement actions <br />taken during the inspection for failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations, the Act <br />and the Permit. <br />I11. Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified during the in- <br />spection and that failure to correct the problems may result in the Division takifig an <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and <br />compliance dates are to be clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1981 <br />and underlined.) <br />IV. Status of Problem Resolution <br />fhe following items concern problems identified at previous inspection. Problems are <br />-lassified into three categories. These are: 1) problems resolved; 2) resolution still <br />n process; and 3) operator delinquent.
