Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems in ay result in <br />the Division taking an ENFORCE~4ENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as <br />amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and <br />underlined.) <br />The fence around the permit area must be repaired before cattle are <br />present in the area next spring. <br />
