These are: (1) problems <br />resolved; and (2) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is <br />resolved or the date that the operator i~ deemed delinquent is to be <br />clearly stated. <br />83-5 The upper end of the access road culvert must oe cleared by <br />September 9, 1983. <br />The culvert has been cleared. <br />
