Comments - Compliance <br />Below are particular issues with regard to any of the compliance items. <br />Enforcement actions resulting from failure to comply with the Act, Rules <br />and Regulations, and the permit also are identified below. <br />Availablility of Records (5.02.4) <br />The operator has not obtained a final engineering certification of proper <br />construction of the sediment pond. NOV 83-33 has been issued as a result. <br />Signs and 14arkers (4.02) <br />The fence around the permit area is down on the east side and should be <br />repaired to keep cattle out of the operating area and revegetated topsoil <br />storage area. <br />
