The problems <br />should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given <br />to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. The pit has been inactive since some time during the April 1, 1999 <br />1996-97 year. The pit is approved for intermittent PB or PV:PB <br />activity but the requirements of Rule 1.13.7 have not TOPIC(S):AR <br />been satisfied by the information provided in the <br />application or in the 1997-98 Annual Report. `~ ti <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The 1997-98 Annual report should ~l\,,~~~~~,~1~~aAl~ 1' <br />be supplemented with the information required, ie. ~OC7'\~\QQ <br />date of cessation of activity in 1996-97, condition ~,~) ?~ <br />of pit at cessation, plans for resumption of P~"~ <br />activity, etc. <br />2.
