Will you agree to <br />waive damages to your property that are caused by United Companies' mining <br />activity at the Norwood Pit? Specifically, by mining to the permit boundary. Do <br />you agree to waive damage claims based on the collapse of pit highwalls? This <br />damage waiver will apply only to your property that adjoins the Phase 2 and <br />Phase 3 areas of the United/Norwood Pit (shown on the Mining Plan Map).
