The mining plan calls for the asphalt plant's fuel and asphalt storage tanks to be <br />placed within a secondary containment berm. <br />The asphalt plant referred to in this report was removed from the site in mid <br />September The plant was resumed to Montrose, CO (Colons Pit) where the fuel and <br />asphalt storage tanks are located in concrete secondary containment structures. <br />Pictures of the Norwood Pit, showing that the asphalt plant has been moved, are <br />attached to this letter.
