5:6475 0b/27,'?000 11 :4'1 NM Page 15 of 28 <br /> Con n.ie Joiner, Clrrk 5 Pec,�rdcr, Teller County, Colorado <br /> Section 313 (EPCRA; 42 U.S.C. 11023) chemicals anticipated to be <br /> delivered to the site along transportation routes within Teller County, all <br /> Section 313 chemicals stored on site, and all Section 313 chemicals used <br /> on site, and (2) provide a copy to the Teller County Emergency <br /> Preparedness Coordinating entity ("Teller County Office for Emergency <br /> Preparedness" or equivalent) these chemical lists and an emergency <br /> response plan that depicts and appropriately addresses the locations and <br /> storage facilities for hazardous materials as well as contingencies for <br /> control of the substances. This information will be updated and submitted <br /> to the Coordinating entity annually. Public Safety - Fire Protection and <br /> Emergency Response Information, Section 5.9.8) <br /> 5.9.4 Historic Resources - Information. The applicant shall provide the County <br /> with a list of all existing buildings and structures that will be demolished, <br /> moved, or otherwise impacted by the proposed Mining Operation. The list <br /> shall include a general description of the structure, approximate date of <br /> construction (if known), and approximate location. <br /> It is not necessarily the intent of this provision to prevent these buildings <br /> or structures, which are privately owned and which may or may not be of <br /> historic significance, from being impacted. Consistent with plan policies <br /> intended to preserve historic resources, the intent is simply to provide <br /> notice to private individuals or organizations that might be interested in <br /> negotiating with the applicant to acquire structures, which they consider to <br /> be of value. <br /> 5.9.5 Lighting and Glare - Information. Lighting plan with a drawing that shows <br /> all new locations of stationary lights (e.g., external lights on new buildings <br /> and light poles), lists the purposes of each new light (such as "work area <br /> safety" or "public safety"), and which shows an example of the type of light <br /> fixture with the mechanism that reduces or limits glare and directs the light <br /> downward. Light fixtures shall be those best-equipped for the site specific <br /> conditions to manage, reduce, control, or limit to the extent possible, <br /> lighting directed onto or at other than the working surfaces that should be <br /> illuminated. <br /> 5.9.6 Noise - Information. Noise monitoring plan which shall include: (1) <br /> estimated maximum noise levels at the permit boundary, or CCMOD <br /> boundary (if different), whichever location is farthest from the operation, <br /> (2) sound controls to be used to control noise-generating equipment that, <br /> without controls, would exceed levels referenced in section 7.2.4, and (3) <br /> the appropriate monitoring program including locations. <br /> 5.9.7 Parking and Loading - Information. A description of provisions for the <br /> designated parking, loading, and unloading areas. <br /> 5.9.8 Public Safety - Fire Protection and Emergency Response Information. <br /> The applicant shall consult with the offices for the Sheriff and for <br /> emergency preparedness to identify any services that might be needed <br /> by the proposal. The application shall include a Fire Protection Plan and <br /> an Emergency Response Plan. <br /> CCMOD - Effective May 25, 2000 9 <br />
