the area was graded very rough due to recent waste disposal. Large
rocks were at the outlet, possibly for energy dissipation, but extension of
the drain al least 5' beyond the pile's toe wasn_'t evident. Trees and
s rubs were dense at the drain's outlet. Coal refe>Q..on top Was not
c„~raded to drainpositively, and a ~. I t of water onded on the
surface~t~fill at t7iisTcation.
F. East Collection Ditch:
