NOTE: the ditch at this location was trapezoidal instead of V-shaped as
required; DMG directed the permittee to perform maintenance on it by the
end of the day.
B. Half-Culvert O:
"30" diameter half CMP as required; inlet and outlet clear
C. Culvert N:
'30" diameter CMP as required; inlet trash rack clogged and displaced.
Energy dissipating riprap at outlet displaced. \
NOTE: DMG directed the permittee to perform maintenance on the inlet 1
by the end of the day. DMG also directed the permittee to replace riprap
at the culvert outlet, which required the use of heavy equipment and
couldn't be finished by the end of the day. Also, drainage in the channel
just uptdradient of the confluence with the west collection ditch flowed
outside the channel but re-entered it just downstream. DMG directed the I
permittee to perform maintenance to correct this problem, which also
required heavy equipment and more time. '
