Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems may result in <br />the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as <br />amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and <br />underlined.) <br />U34-83-U2 East undisturbed diversion contained one large (1.5' <br />x 1' x 3') boulder, which should be removed from the undisturbed <br />diversion by July 1, 1983. <br />034-83-U3 Several segments of the east undisturbed diversion appear to <br />be reversed in topographic grade. This diversion should be checked for <br />yrade and repairs made, if necessary, prior to July 15, 1983. <br /> <br />
