<br />V. Status of Problem Resolution <br />• <br />The following items concern problems identified at previous inspections. <br />Problems are classified into two categories. These are: (1) problems <br />resolved; and (2) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is <br />resolved or the date that the operator is deemed delinquent is to be <br />clearly stated. <br />034-83-U1 The problems stated within the May l7, 1983 inspection report <br />form, concerning the removal of brush, weeds and sediment from the north <br />and east undisturbed diversions, has been resolved. Additional attention <br />is required for the east undisturbed diversion, however, as is described <br />under Section IU. <br />
