representatives of Property Owner may be present on the Property <br />during any of Schlage's subsurface investigation and/or <br />groundwater treatment activities under this Agreement. Property <br />Owner shall have the opportunity to obtain a split sample for any <br />sample taken by Schlage. <br />4. Upon request, Schlage shall provide Property Owner <br />with copies of information and reports that are generated as a <br />result of the activities to be performed on the Property under <br />this Agreement, and that are submitted to CDPHE pursuant to the <br />Compliance Order on Consent, including raw sampling data, <br />laboratory analytical data, pump teat results, piezometer and <br />other water level measurements, and any other information or data <br />not subject to a claim of confidentiality or privilege. <br />5. Following completion of the activities described in <br />paragraph 1, above, Schlage shall promptly, and at its sole <br />expense, reclaim the surface of the Property to as close to its <br />original condition as practicable, including but not limited to <br />filling and leveling all holes, trenches, ditches, and/or <br />depressions, and grouting any subsurface borings, made by Schlage <br />upon the Property. <br />6. Property Owner shall provide Schlage with at least <br />9o days oral or written notice in the event that Property Owner <br />wishes to use the property in a location and/or for a purpose <br />which Property Owner reasonably believes would require the <br />relocation and/or protection of any well, piezometer, equipment, <br />building, or any other facility drilled, constructed, or <br />installed on the Property by Schlage under this Agreement. <br />Schlage shall work with Property Owner to arrange for the <br />appropriate relocation and/or protection of the affected well or <br />other facility, at Schlage's sole expense, including obtaining <br />any required approval by CDPHE of such relocation or protection. <br />7. All notices, correspondence, or inquiries under <br />this Agreement shall be directed as follows: <br />a.
