102.2 12.6 <br />98.7 15.4 <br />Excess spoil disposal--There is a spoil storage area across Lewis <br />Gulch which will be removed during the reclamation of the mine but <br />no permanent excess spoil disposal areas are located on the mine. <br />Subsidence Monitoring: Monitoring not required due to the <br />determination made by DMG that there are no renewable resource <br />lands in the permit area. <br />Recent permitting actions: Minor revision number 6 was issued in <br />the field during this inspection. The revision modifies the size <br />of the roadside ditches of the mine access road and the road <br />ditch to the north spoil area. The ditches will be reduced in <br />size but will still contain the flow as shown in the calculations <br />on pages BOa and 80b of the mine plan. <br />Pending permitting actions: A submittal to install an open <br />channel spillway on the ponds at the mine is pending approval. <br />This submittal is identified as TR-9. <br />Special conditions: Stipulations 3, 10, 11 and 12 are made a part <br />of the permit. Stipulation 3 is pending. Stipulations 10, 11, <br />and 12 have been met, refer to letter of approval dated 5-10-90. <br />FIELD REVIEW <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS <br />Mine identification: Posted at the loadout facility and the mine <br />with the appropriate information. <br />Perimeter markers: Approximately two thirds of the disturbed area <br />boundary at the loadout was not posted with perimeter markers. <br />The boundary was flagged prior to the end of the inspection by <br />the mine engineer. DMG confirmed the markers had been posted the <br />7 <br />
