Observations are as noted. <br />Pond 9 -pond full above the top of the riser. Riser ~s partially blocked by debris and litter. <br />Major damage to the emergency spillway. Pond embankment is intact. <br />Pond 9a -pond is full but principle spillway is visible. Discharging but unknown whether <br />lower holes are partially blocked by debris or obstructions. <br />Pond 7a -pond is'/. full, discharging, embankment and spillway appear normal <br />Pond 6a -partially full, not discharging, embankment and spillway normal <br />Pond 5 -not accessible due to road conditions <br />4 <br />sediment and debris. Flow was bypassing the culvert and flowing without incident down the <br />road ditch. Road surfaces were rough in places due to minor rutting and deposition of <br />material also found clear of sediment. Road maintenance work is necessary as soon as <br />conditions allow. <br />
