The financial warranty for this operation is currently held by the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation, Mining and Safety (CDRMS) and BLM.A bond review was conducted and an <br /> increase of$11,692 was determined to meet reclamation requirements. This additional amount <br /> will need to be posted with CDRMS before operations can continue. The financial guarantee is <br /> then set at $29,912 and will be reviewed periodically throughout the life of the mine. Please <br /> remember that Rocky Mountain Excavating LLC is responsible for reclamation associated with <br /> all future, current and past contracts. <br /> Please sign the enclosed contract and return it to this office for signature.
