The new contract number is COCO106377246 (Enclosure 1) and will expire 5 years from the BLM approval date. This contract enables you to obtain 23,620 tons of material at $0.91/ton (Enclosure 2), for a total purchase price of $21,494.20.All contract stipulations and terms and conditions will be enforced upon the authorization of this contract (Enclosure 3). The former contract, COC-080442, will be closed, once the new contact is in effect. As 4,620 tons of mineral materials have already been produced from this location(January through June 2024 production), $4,204.20 of the contract total amount must be paid to BLM immediately upon the purchaser's receipt of the signed contract. The remaining $17,290 of the contract royalty can either be paid in full in advance or by installments. If Rocky Mountain Excavating LLC chooses to pay by installments, the first installment payment is 5% of the total royalty at $1,074.71 and will be applied in accordance with the contract terms. Subsequent payments will need to be made by the 15th day following the end of a production month.
