The new contract number is COCO106377246 <br /> (Enclosure 1) and will expire 5 years from the BLM approval date. This contract enables you to <br /> obtain 23,620 tons of material at $0.91/ton (Enclosure 2), for a total purchase price of <br /> $21,494.20.All contract stipulations and terms and conditions will be enforced upon the <br /> authorization of this contract (Enclosure 3). The former contract, COC-080442, will be closed, <br /> once the new contact is in effect. <br /> As 4,620 tons of mineral materials have already been produced from this location(January <br /> through June 2024 production), $4,204.20 of the contract total amount must be paid to BLM <br /> immediately upon the purchaser's receipt of the signed contract. <br /> The remaining $17,290 of the contract royalty can either be paid in full in advance or by <br /> installments. If Rocky Mountain Excavating LLC chooses to pay by installments, the first <br /> installment payment is 5% of the total royalty at $1,074.71 and will be applied in accordance <br /> with the contract terms.
