Colona Pit SWSP Page 7 of 13 <br /> September 10, 2025 <br /> Accounting <br /> The Applicant requests as part of this SWSP approval that accounting requirements for the <br /> Colona Gravel Pit be amended to the following: <br /> 1. Monthly accounting only to be required during administration (call) on the <br /> Uncompahgre River and/or Gunnison River. <br /> 2. An annual report must be submitted summarizing diversions and replacements made <br /> pursuant to this plan. <br /> The above requirements are subject to modification by the Division Engineer and/or Water <br /> Commissioner. <br /> Conditions of Approval <br /> This SWSP is hereby approved in accordance with section 37-90-137(11), C.R.S. and the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. This SWSP shall be valid from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2027 <br /> unless otherwise revoked or superseded by a decree. If this SWSP will not be <br /> made absolute by a water court action by the SWSP expiration date, a renewal <br /> request must be submitted to this office with the statutory fee (currently $257) <br /> no later than July 1, 2027. <br /> 2. Approval of this SWSP is for the purposes stated herein and is limited to the <br /> structures identified above. Additional diversion structures and/or additional <br /> uses for the water that is the subject of this SWSP will be allowed only if a new <br /> SWSP is approved for those additional structures/uses. <br /> 3. The total area of exposed groundwater and depletions shall not exceed the <br /> above amounts. Any increases in depletions must be submitted to this office as <br /> an amendment to this SWSR <br />
