The total surface area of the groundwater exposed must not exceed 20 acres, <br /> in which 33.4 acres of evaporation is covered under the 99CW216 augmentation <br /> plan. <br /> 5. Well permit 87771-F was issued for this gravel pit in accordance with section <br /> 37-90-137(2) and (11 ). The permit covers up to 70.5 acres of exposed surface <br /> area, dust suppression, gravel washing, water use in a concrete batch plant, <br /> and irrigation of up to 31.9 acres. The average annual amount of groundwater <br /> that can be appropriated shall not exceed 214.12 acre-feet (90.13 acre-feet <br /> under case no. 99CW0216 and 120.9 acre-feet under this SWSP) and a maximum <br /> pumping rate of 800 gpm.
