Total consumption and lagged depletions at the Morton-Holton Lakes site must not <br /> exceed these aforementioned amounts unless an amendment is made to this SWSP. <br /> 9. Approval of this SWSP is for the purposes as stated herein. This office must first <br /> approve any additional uses for the water. <br /> 10.All pumping for dust control shall be measured in a manner acceptable to the Division <br /> Engineer. <br /> 11.All water diverted from the stream for final reservoir construction at Stage 5 shall be <br /> measured in a manner acceptable to the Division Engineer. The Applicant must obtain <br /> approval of the measurement and recording device prior to diverting water. The <br /> Applicant must also obtain approval from the Water Commissioner prior to any <br /> diversions occurring. <br /> 12.The Applicant should consider the effects of groundwater mounding and the need for <br /> interceptor drains due to construction of the liners around the pits. <br /> 13.The replacement water that is the subject of this SWSP cannot be sold or leased to <br /> any other entity. As a condition of subsequent renewals of this SWSP, the <br /> replacement water must be appurtenant to this site until a plan for augmentation is <br /> obtained. All replacement water must be concurrent with depletions in quantity, <br /> timing, and locations. <br /> 14.The Applicant shall provide daily accounting (including, but not limited to diversions, <br /> depletions, replacement sources, and river calls) on a monthly basis. The accounting <br /> must be uploaded to the CDSS Online Reporting Tool within 30 days of the end of the <br /> month for which the accounting applies (https://dwr.state.co.us/Tools/reportin-R). <br /> Instructions for using the tool are available on the Division of Water Resources <br /> website on the "Services" --* "Data Et Information" page under the heading of Online <br /> Data Submittal.
