The <br /> approximate center of the reservoir is located 1651 feet <br /> from the south section line, and 1967 feet from the east <br /> section line. <br /> 5.3.2.3.3 Bokelman Reservoir No. 1 shall be located in the E1/2 of <br /> the SE1/4 of Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 68W of <br /> the 6th P.M., Larimer County as shown on Exhibit B. The <br /> approximate center of the reservoir is located 910 feet from <br /> the south section line, and 790 feet from the east section <br /> line. <br /> 5.3.2.4 Amounts: <br /> 5.3.2.4.1 Walters Reservoir No. 1: 480 acre-feet (conditional). <br /> 5.3.2.4.2 Walters Reservoir No. 2: 160 acre-feet (conditional). <br /> 5.3.2.4.3 Bokelman Reservoir No. 1: 345 acre-feet(conditional). <br /> 5.3.2.5 Rate of Diversion for the Reservoirs: 50 cfs. <br /> 5.3.2.6 Points of Diversion for All Reservoirs: <br /> 5.3.2.6.1 Diversion Point No. 1 shall be located in the NW 1/4 of the <br /> SE1/4 of Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 68W of the <br /> 6th P.M., Larimer County, Colorado, at a point <br /> approximately 2241 feet from the south section line and <br /> approximately 1814 feet from the east section line. <br /> 5.3.2.6.2 Diversion Point No. 2 shall be located within the SE1/4 of <br /> Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 68W of the 6th P.M., <br /> Larimer County, Colorado. <br /> 5.3.2.6.3 Water tributary to the Reservoirs may also be used to fill <br /> the Reservoirs. <br /> 5.3.2.6.4 Each of these points serve as an alternate point of diversion <br /> for the other and up to 50 cfs cumulative may be diverted <br /> from either or both points of diversion. <br /> 5.3.2.7 Uses: Among other uses decreed in the 09CW 105 Decree, the <br /> conditional water rights for the Reservoirs are decreed for <br /> augmentation of out-of-priority depletions from industrial, <br />
