Water and Air Ouality Control Techniques <br /> Steps have been taken by TCC to comply with the Clean Water Act and other applicable <br /> water quality laws and regulations and health and safety standards including development of <br /> a drainage control plan. With respect to compliance with the Clean Water Act, TCC has a <br /> discharge permit from the Colorado State Department of Health, Water Pollution Control <br /> Division, under the National pollutant and Discharge Elimination system (NPDES). <br /> Compliance with this permit will serve to effect compliance with the Colorado Water Control <br /> Act. <br /> TCC has likewise submitted an application and received initial approval for air quality <br /> emissions permit to the Colorado Department of Health, Air Quality Division. To date no <br /> final approval has been received from the CDOH. Fugitive dust control measures are <br /> employed as an integral part of the activities at the loadout facility. Compliance with this <br /> permit will serve to effect compliance with the Clean Air Act and the Colorado Pollution <br /> Act. Air pollution control measures are discussed in detail in the Air Pollution Control Plan. <br /> Sealing or Managing Mine Openings Exploration Holes or Other Bore Holes or Wells <br /> Since no mining will be conducted by TCC,no openings will be present for managing. <br /> In 2015, (MR-28) three 100' groundwater monitor boreholes will be installed at the track <br /> level, and monitored by Bowie Resources.
