Payment for this task will be reflected in a <br /> lump sum quote under Item 4.0 on the Bid Schedule. This lump sum quote will cover all <br /> costs for this task including equipment, maintenance, supplies and operator costs. <br /> Payment shall be made as this task is completed and approved by the PROJECT <br /> MANAGER. <br /> ITEM 5.0 REVEGETATE ALL DISTURBED AREAS <br /> Following completion of the grading of the highwalls and pit floor, approximately one and <br /> one half acre (1.5 ac.) will be hand broadcast with a native seed mix. Seed will be <br /> incorporated mechanically <br /> Seed will be supplied by the PROJECT MANAGER. Fertilizer and mulch are NOT <br /> required. <br /> MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> There will be no measurement for payment. One hour (1 hr.) of Komatsu D 65 (or equivalent) with operator per <br /> Section 19.0 of the Colorado Inactive Mine Reclamation Program General Bid <br /> Specifications, 2009, if required <br /> MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> Measurement for payment shall be made per hour, prorated to the nearest quarter hour <br /> for the actual unit quantities provided according to specification in Section 19.0 of the <br /> General Bid Specifications, 2009. Payment will be made at the unit price established in <br /> Item 6.0 of the Bid Schedule.
