a. Small petroleum product containers; <br /> b. Grizzly shaker located at the Gold Run Level; <br /> c. Explosives and detonator magazines; <br /> d. Various tools,personal property located on Gold Run and River Levels that are <br /> NOT within structures; <br /> e. Various debris located within permit boundary delineated by PROJECT <br /> MANAGER at the time of the project. <br /> All items will be delineated by the PROJECT MANAGER, who will keep a log of each <br /> item moved, the condition of the item prior to consolidation and who will take photos <br /> before and after movement to the consolidation pad. CONTRACTOR must use <br /> reasonable measures to prevent damage to all items delineated. <br /> Measure and Payment <br /> This task will be measured to the nearest 0.25 hour expended in the completion of Item <br /> 5.0. Payment shall be for the hourly cost of consolidation under Item 5.0 of the <br /> REVISED Bid Schedule and will be made at the completion of the task and upon <br /> approval by the PROJECT MANAGER. The price bid shall include all equipment, <br /> materials, labor, and all other items necessary and incidental to complete the tasks <br /> described in Item 5.0. <br /> 2. ITEM 6.0 All materials required for securing / repairing the River Level structure shall <br /> be provided by the CONTRACTOR. Such items include lumber, standard size industrial <br /> grade metal door, four inch (4") security hasp and all other necessary materials and <br /> equipment. Materials located on site ARE NOT permitted for use for the completion of <br /> this task. <br /> 3. ITEM 7.0 To prevent further erosion and down cutting, approximately four (4) Cross <br /> Vane structures will be constructed to the specifications included in the original bid <br /> document (Figure 4). Their locations in the stream section will be flagged by the <br /> PROJECT MANAGER at the time of construction. Construction may be done by hand if <br /> the CONTRACTOR chooses; no additional road bed or working area shall be constructed <br /> for installation of the structures. All vegetation in the channel and on the stream banks <br /> shall remain in place and intact. <br /> 2 <br />
