N/A <br /> Engine exhaust. X <br /> Solvents. X <br /> Oxygen deficiency. N/A <br /> Welding fumes. X <br /> Ventilation and respiratory protection plan. N/A <br /> Lead and chromate paints are prohibited. X <br /> Other health hazards specific to this job: N/A <br /> P. ENVIRONMENTAL: LIQUID WASTES <br /> Methods approved by Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br /> shall be used to eliminate the possibility of water pollution caused by spills of X <br /> materials and sedimentation run-off. <br /> Methods approved by Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br /> shall be used to prevent spill hazards at bulk storage areas for fuels, oils, or X <br /> other fluids. <br /> All used fluids will be drained into clearly marked DOT containers. X <br /> Under no circumstances will fluids be allowed to drain onto the ground. X <br /> Equipment fueling and service procedures will not be performed on topsoil. X <br /> EPA Prevention and Control Procedures are to be followed in the event of an X <br /> accidentals ill. <br /> All employees shall be trained by the CONTRACTOR in spill prevention, X <br /> cleanup and disposal of all wastes. <br /> All spills must be reported to Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and X <br /> Safety Personnel Immediately. <br /> Reportable spills will be handled by the CONTRACTOR in accordance with X <br /> State of Colorado And EPA regulations. <br />
