ENVIRONMENTAL: LIQUID WASTES <br /> Methods approved by Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br /> shall be used to eliminate the possibility of water pollution caused by spills of X <br /> materials and sedimentation run-off. <br /> Methods approved by Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br /> shall be used to prevent spill hazards at bulk storage areas for fuels, oils, or X <br /> other fluids. <br /> All used fluids will be drained into clearly marked DOT containers. X <br /> Under no circumstances will fluids be allowed to drain onto the ground. X <br /> Equipment fueling and service procedures will not be performed on topsoil.
