DMR reporting shall be on the forms included in Appendix C <br /> or through Net-DMR service. Required DMR reporting conventions are as follows: <br /> • If no discharge occurs during the reporting period, "NO DISCHARGE" shall be <br /> reported on the DMR. <br /> • If the facility's benchmark sampling frequency is reduced (see Section 6.4) the <br /> permittee must submit quarterly DMRs and indicated "BENCHMARK MET" in the <br /> results field on the DMR for each parameter that meets the sampling frequency <br /> reduction criteria. <br /> A signed copy of the DMR will be submitted by April 28t", July 28t", October 28t" and <br /> December 28t" of each year.
