At least one inspection in the calendar year shall be <br /> conducted during a runoff event. Inspections will be conducted at least 20 days apart <br /> by a member of the Environmental team, plant manager/supervisor, or designee <br /> 5.3 INSPECTION DOCUMENTATION <br /> INSPECTION DOCUMENTATION SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN THE FACILITY'S STORMWATER <br /> BINDER IN APPENDIX E. Appendix C also includes the inspection certification and <br /> documentation form. Inspection documentation will be available for review by the <br /> CDPHE WQCD upon request. The documentation will describe the inspection date and <br /> time, locations inspected, weather information, a summary report and schedule of <br /> implementation of corrective actions. In addition, the inspections will be summarized in <br /> the annual report. <br /> The inspection documentation will include the name, title and signature of the person <br /> conducting the site inspection. The inspection will be signed and certified by the SWMP <br /> administrator or duly authorized representative. The certification will contain the <br /> language as depicted in Part I.F.4 of the permit. <br /> 22 <br />
