adequate vegetation and blends well with surrounding topography. Final reclamation has been
achieved.
M 18-L5
The single installed Hydrology well was plugged and abandoned summer of 2016, the plugging
report submitted to CDRMS September 22, 2016. The well casing was cut off at 4ft below final
grade, a metal cap welded with well name identification scribed on cap. The original
construction had minimal impact to surface disturbance 0.10 acre adjacent to Pad M19 access
road just off of the loop road to MIT. The final reclamation phase was completed in the fall of
2016. The pad was de-compacted and restored to existing grade, stabilized topsoil was utilized
to provide approximately 4" of topsoil covering prior to seeding. The pad was drill seeded per
the approved BLM seed mix, stabilized with weed free straw mulch. The continued efforts of
noxious and annual weed management and spot seeding (by hand broadcasting) created an
stable vegetation throughout the pad, including some volunteer Rabbit and Sage brush. In the
past year, another operator utilized the area as a staging area and the pad has recovered from
the stress. CDRMS annual inspection determined the pad's past cheatgrass observation has
been controlled and desired vegetation is established and is sustainable compared to the
adjacent undisturbed areas. Final reclamation has been achieved.
M 19-L5
The single installed Hydrology well was plugged and abandoned summer of 2016, the plugging
report submitted to CDRMS September 22, 2016.
