E-1040G, Houston, Texas 77079. <br /> STATUS OF RECLAMATION: <br /> The Prospecting NOI was approved on October 02, 2003 for the development of the Mahogany <br /> Research Project — Prospecting on SFOGI Land program. In addition, Shell requested NOI <br /> modification to consolidate private land NOI's P-2004-002, P-2004-003, P-2004-018 in NOI P- <br /> 2003-022, the consolidation was approved by CDRMS October 25, 2010. Shell Frontier Oil & <br /> gas Inc. (SFOGI) has elected to discontinue development of the project and reclamation has <br /> been achieved and no new surface disturbances were created subsequent to issuance of the <br /> NOI. <br /> Pad M9R <br /> The single installed Hydrology well was plugged and abandoned fall of 2016, the plugging <br /> report submitted to CDRMS August 18, 2016. The well casing was cut off at 4ft below final <br /> grade, a metal cap welded with well name identification scribed on cap. The original <br /> construction had minimal impact to surface disturbance, 0.77 acre adjacent to Pad M20-1-5 <br /> access road. The final reclamation phase was completed in the fall of 2016. The pad was de- <br /> compacted and restored to existing grade, stabilized topsoil was utilized to provide <br /> approximately 4" of topsoil covering prior to seeding. The pad was drill seeded per the <br /> approved BLM seed mix, stabilized with weed free straw mulch. The continued efforts of the <br /> noxious and annual weed management and spot seeding created stable vegetation throughout <br /> the pad, including volunteer Rabbit and Sage brush. The pad is located on exposed ridge, <br /> applied topsoil has depleted over the past years leaving exposed rocks but overall stable <br /> vegetation throughout the pad. CDRMS annual inspection observed the pad is stable and has <br /> 4 <br />
