MDP Upper Camp <br /> The MDP Upper camp was constructed in 2003, incorporating metal warehouse with attached <br /> lean too, cistern and septic system and potable trailers and communication/radio building. The <br /> center area where the portable trailers location has been removed and the area has been <br /> restored. The roads are maintained and stabilized with gravel, the surrounding area are <br /> stabilized with vegetation and blend the surrounding area. The warehouse building and cistern <br /> and septic system remain in place on site and have been approved through the MD-5. Ongoing <br /> vegetation monitor and noxious weed management and maintenance of the MDP Upper Camp <br /> has developed the current conditions. CDRMS annual inspection observed stabilization of the <br /> road and surrounding area and blends with natural topography. The pad has achieved final <br /> reclamation. <br /> Airplane Ridge Road (private portions) <br /> Airplane Ridge Road is listed as an active, Shell utilizes the road to access the MDP location <br /> only. Shell has released the public BLM portion of the road, which has been permitted by <br /> another active operator in the area and they are responsible the major maintenance of the <br /> overall road. The private section of the road is an continuation from the BLM portion and it <br /> remained in current condition as it also is utilized by other operators in the area. Shell has <br /> continue to monitor and maintenance the road as needed and continue with the ongoing <br /> noxious weeds management. CDRMS annual inspection observed the road to be in good <br /> shape and has been maintained with no roadside weeds observed. To note, misc. utilities <br /> located in the road easement are all well reclaimed and only identifiable by signs or markers. <br /> Final reclamation has been achieved. <br /> SIGNED STATEMENT: <br /> All reclamation requirements of prospecting NOI # P-2003-022 for the Mahogany Research <br /> Project— Prospecting on SFOGI Land Project have been satisfied by virtue of no new surface <br /> disturbances being created at the proposed drill pad site or access route subsequent to NOI <br /> issuance. <br /> Signed: +� G Printed Name: Samantha Baker <br /> 6 <br />
