• At the time fresh concrete in sampled to fabricate specimens for strength tests, perform <br /> slump and air content tests, and determine the temperature of the concrete <br /> (continuous inspection) <br /> • Inspection of concrete and shotcrete placement for proper application techniques <br /> (continuous inspection) <br /> • Inspection of maintenance of specified curing temperature and techniques (periodic <br /> inspection) <br /> • Verification of in-situ concrete strength prior to removal of shores and forms from <br /> beams and structural slabs (periodic inspection) <br /> • Inspect formwork for shape, location, and dimensions of the concrete member being <br /> formed (periodic inspection) <br /> Permitting and Associated Documentation <br /> • Per Rule 7.2.8, Climax commits to updating the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) in the form <br /> of a Technical Revision (TR)with the required information from this TR,for an Environmental <br /> Protection Facility(EPF). This will be submitted to the Division by December 15, 2023. <br /> • Because this TR involves addition of fixed site infrastructure, Climax commits to including the <br /> facility in forthcoming updates to the Reclamation Plan, Maps and Cost Model submittal,to be <br /> provided to the Division by April 1, 2024, pursuant to Rule 6.4.12. <br /> • PE-stamped as-built drawings certifying construction is/was completed in accordance with the <br /> plans will be submitted to DRMS upon completion. <br />
