If additional movement were to occurr, all sloughing would be captured by the Section <br />26 Pond. <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />All mining activities in the South Taylor Pit have concluded. <br /> <br />Highwall mining was occurring during the inspection. Currently operations are occurring in the Collom Pit along <br />the southern highwall moving from the east to the west. Dragline operations have begun just south of the southern <br />highwall to assist in pit progression. Spoil ridges were observed above the highwall. Truck and shovel operations <br />are active within the pit as well. <br /> <br />The Little Collom Gulch was inaccessible during the inspection. Additional topsoil stripping operations as well as <br />bench construction to assist in future highwall operations were occurring within the gulch. The normal access <br />points were rough and not traversable by standard vehicle. <br /> <br />Little Collom Gulch <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3), Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and <br />(6)/4.03.2(5) and (6), Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Road watering operations were observed to assist in road maintenance and to prevent fugitive dust. <br />
