West Taylor Ditch maintenance.
The East Taylor Pond was inspected. The East Taylor Pond receives surface runoff from the East Taylor, Taylor
Trib, and Taylor Ditches associated with the West Pit. Primarily, the East Taylor receives runoff from a spoil
spring located just above the pond itself. The spoil spring water has been intercepted by a constructed french drain
where it is diverted to a flume for measurement before ultimately reaching the pond. At the time of the inspection,
the pond was discharged and no issues were observed.

South Taylor Pit:

The West Taylor Pond was inspected with no issues. The pond held water and was discharging at the time of the
inspection. Currently, surface runoff that reports to the West Taylor Pond is limited to only the Taylor Fill. Most
of the water that currently reports to the West Taylor Pond is associated to the constructed underdrain for the West
Fill.

Collom Pit:

All Collom ditches were inspected with no concerns.

Section 25, Middle and Section 36 Ponds were inspected. Each pond held water with Section 25 and Section 36
discharging. No issues were observed.

Section 26 and Sidehill Pond were as well inspected. These ponds collect surface runoff associated with
disturbance along the northwest portion of the Collom Spoil Pile. The Sidehill Pond was dry and the Section 26
Pond held water with no discharge. Noted in previous inspection reports, a slump was observed above the pond
