TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsoil stripping activities have occurred as part of the Section 15 Pond and Ditch construction. Topsoil has been <br />placed on the existing Topsoil Pile 16D. The new topsoil placement is currently loosely stacked and has not <br />received shaping or seeding as of the date of the inspection. Overall, the topsoil is encompassed by a containment <br />berm to prevent any potential loss of topsoil until vegetation can establish itself.
